I'm Tom: a Software Engineer, Outdoor Explorer, and Wildlife Enthusiast.
I have a strong passion for programming and technology, along with a love for exploring the great outdoors. From crafting back-end solutions and deploying websites to designing databases, I enjoy every aspect of the development process. For me, it is more than just a career; it is a fulfilling hobby and a genuine passion.
Growing up on a farm, my interest in technical things naturally sat alongside my passion for wildlife and the countryside. That mix of influences is what led me to put this map together.
Why Chickens & Eggs?
I've always been interested in the inquisitive nature of chickens. They’re far more than just birds that lay eggs; each one has its own personality.
Eggs are a fantastic source of nutrition and incredibly versatile. Don't know what to cook? An omelette with plenty of cheese always goes down well (bonus points if it includes Snowdonia Black Bomber!)
